The memory of the righteous will be a blessing, but the name of the wicked will rot.
The wise in heart accept commands but a chattering fool comes to ruin.

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Psalms 27:1

"Study and show yourselves approved..............."
"The ministry of the internal spirit does not nullify the the ministry of the "external Word." The spirit does not nullify what the book was designed to do. The spirit glorifies the incarnate Word of the gospels, but he does not re-narrate his words and deeds for illiterate people or negligent pastors."
John Piper "the Legacy of Soverign Joy"

To avoid grizzlies, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game advises hikers to wear noisy little bells on clothes and carry pepper spray. Also, watch for signs of activity: Black bear scat is smaller and contains berries: grizzly scat has little bells in it and smells like pepper.

"Without the "external word" we would not know one spirit from the other, and the objective personality of the Holy Spirit himself would be lost in a blur of subjective expressions." Martin Luther

Can you believe a twelve year old who said: "The next time I visit I won't bring a friend because I didn't get to spend enough time with you."

He will die for lack of discipline, led astray by his own great folly." Proverbs 5:21-23

"For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with his angels, and then He will reward each according his works." Mathew 16:27

He does not require that you blow yourself up and kill many other people to recieve your reward, either.
If there are 100 virgins waiting in heaven for the Moslem man who commits murder by blowing himself up, were there also 100 virgins waiting for the women who did the same thing?

What does one do with virgins in heaven?
Probably not what the suicide bombers were expecting.
